Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bulbs or light strings that have been removed from their original packaging, unless they are defective.

Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns without an RMA number may be refused. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
