Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, though we do our best to ensure timely arrival.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total cost of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items:
We take great care in packaging fragile items like lamps and bulbs. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If your package appears to be lost, please reach out so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
